Karen, Belinda and Serena all dig Dropbox!
Dropbox gives you the ability to copy of all of your chosen files online. This means you can give access to certain folders to chosen people or backup everything you do. It is free for your first 2 GB in storage (or with referrals up to 18GB free) and there are paid plans for 100, 200 or 500 GB.
This is one of Belindas consistently favourite applications. She loves being able to log in to her current client work where ever she is.
Serena uses Dropbox for sharing, backup and access to her work while she travels.
Udemy is a course application that gives you the ability to create and host online courses. Tess has recently jumped on and loves that anyone can instruct an online course with dynamic content. Check out her course on WordPress basics.
We have two mentions for notes applications. Shae is a big fan of Evernote and Serena of Catch. In both cases you can access your notes from your mobile device or smart phone as well as directly online. Categorise notes, share notes, create “To Do” lists and much more.
Shae says “I love Evernote because I no longer have to write everything on paper. It is instant cloud. Everything I put into Evernote on my iPhone, or MacBook Air is instantly available on Evernote in every other platform. I can save an article or web page by clicking the clipper icon in Firefox. I can also save PDFs.”
A massive welcome to Tony who is new to the peeps and his first share is this creative website packed full of marketing goodness.
Xero & Minute Dock
Chris is a big fan of the accounting and bookkeeping software Xero which also connects with your bank accounts and makes tax time a breeze. With it he uses Minute Dock which lets you do time tracking from anywhere and sends invoices directly into Xero.
Serena could not live without Roboform! She uses it for storing all of her hundreds of passwords and logins so that she can access them simply without having to remember them.
There you have it, a bunch of super useful tools and apps!
What can you not live without this month?
